I'm pretty sure this needs to be removed: http://www.archive.org/details/TheManWhoSavedTheWorldturkishStarWars1982

As much as I love the film myself, it is in violation of copyright. Although the film itself was not copyrighted a lot of the footage and music used in the film is under copyright and was used without permission from the copyright holders. I would love to be wrong though...

"Doomsday Machine" stole the music of it's opening credits from "Forbidden Planet" and uses footage from several copyrighted films. The theme from the "Creature from the Black Lagoon" can be heard on several dubbed Hercules films. Doesn't make it right, but it may help make it defensible.
Once talked to Video-Cellar about using footage from the "Turkish Star Trek," and he did point out that no matter what the copyright laws (if any) are in Turkey, the people getting ripped off by the Turks could sue Americans using their stuff 3rd hand.
Tricky business, eh? :)

It might fall under fair use, if the individual snippets used are less than 1% of the originals. But in this case I wouldn't want the job of trying to figure that out.

The entirety of one song from the Indiana Jones movies is used if that means anything to you.
